I am not claiming to have a magic wand, but if you are looking for the answers, as to what is stopping you obtaining the weight you desire and maintaining it, my course is for you.
The weight loss course is designed to analyse your diet, your exercise regimes and your emotional feelings towards food. This is not a quick fix diet plan, but a lifetime change, that will increase your self esteem and confidence. Together we will work towards your individual goals, in a progressive, manageable programme, which doesn’t involve fussy, complicated diets.
The initial weight loss course is 4 weeks, with an option to increase to 8 weeks should you wish to do so. Ideally the first 4 weeks would be once a week and the second part would be once every 2 weeks. This spreads the course over 12 weeks, which is the time it takes for changes to become new habits for life!
Each weight loss session is charged at £50 and an initial consultation appointment is free.
I am also offering you the opportunity to have your own mental gastric band fitted under hypnosis. A safe and effective proceedure!
